Cancellation Policy
A BOOKING FEE OF $25 IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. Same day cancellations result in a loss of your booking fee deposit. You must book a new appointment with a new deposit. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. In the event of a no call no show, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. After 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no call no show.
